<Yakka Dee>是由英国BBC出品的一部鼓励孩子们说话的电视节目，对于非英语母语国家的宝宝来说就是一部经典的幼儿英语启蒙动画教学视频，相当于幼儿版的疯狂英语；里面的卡通主人公Dee是一个喜欢说话的“话痨”小姑娘，就像她说的talking makes happy。她在每一集动画中，就某一个单词鼓励小朋友跟着她一起开口说。
